Unit 4: Overview

Introduction

We will examine the force of friction and centripetal motion.  We will also prepare for Exam 1 next Unit.

Unit Learning Outcomes

At the conclusion of the unit, the learner will be able to:

1. calculate Static and Kinetic Friction
2. Identify centripetal acceleration and use it in dynamic problems
