The Professional and Technical Writing (PTW) certificate provides a competitive advantage for those seeking careers in the sciences, technical industries, the military, and other professional environments that require keen communication skills. In the PTW program, you’ll become adept at analyzing audiences to anticipate their needs and fulfilling those needs with common workplace genres such as the following:
