Homework Assignment on Magnetic Fields and the force on a moving charged particle.

Remember:   

The elementary charge is e = 1.602 x 10^-19 C

electrons have a charge of  e^- = - 1.602 x 10^-19 C

protons have a charge of  e⁺ = + 1.602 x 10^-19 C

alpha particles (2 protons and 2 neutrons) have a charge of  α = 2 (+1.602 x 10^-19 C) = + 3.204 x 10^-19 C
